Since the opening-up of China, living standards of most people have been up-graded. The handmade undertakings such as the manual knitting factories have particular difficulty in recruitment of workers after Chinese Lunar New Year Holidays of each year.

  Some of them set counters at the factory gate to recruit workers; some go to other provinces for recruitment; some even use vehicles to go to the nearby factories for the skillful technicians. In short, they tried all possible ways but cannot find enough workers.

In view of this, the Company purchased 160 sets of computerized knitting machines in early 2005 with the needle types of 5, 7, 12 and 14 gauges, which are placed in Dalang town of Dongguan City, specializing in the processing of knitted panels and act as a sub-contractor for our clients only.
